Well-priced wines come from the Old and New World these days, if you know where to look. We do! This week we’ll start you off with three Old World beauties, followed by three big upstarts from the New World (i.e. California). Our lineup will include:

*Coteaux Du Languedoc Picpoul De Pinet 2011 – $9.99
*Macon-Lugny “Les Charmes” Chardonnay 2010 – $14.99
*Tommasi Valpolicella Classico Superiore 2010 – $17.99
*Zellerbach Estates Syrah 2009 – $9.99
*Ancient Peaks Paso Robles Zinfandel 2009 – $16.99
*Eberle Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 – $19.99

We’ll also have a premium pour ($5 for a 2-oz. pour): Twomey Anderson Valley Pinot Noir 2009 – $55.99

Friday’s tasting will be from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. We’ll taste the same wines on Saturday, too, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

See you here!
